Wordpress.com is a fun, and very easy way to create a blog and/or website!
Steps
- Create an account on Wordpress.com
- Pick a title, and your url
- When you create a Wordpress, they automatically give you a theme called Kubrick. To change that theme, On your dashboard select Appearance, then themes, then browse through the themes.
- Activate the theme you want.
- To add a post, click on New Post at the top. If you have many blogs, it will ask you which blog to make a new post
Tips
- If you have any other questions, go to www.wordpress.com and click on Support
- If you do not like the premade layouts for your blog. google ‘wordpress layouts’ and browse through the results to find something you like.
Warnings
- Wordpress’s interface may seem difficult to learn at first. And a bit complicated at FIRST. Once you get used to it, it’s easy.
- Always be careful of what you blog about. You never know who is reading your blog.
- Do not start a ‘hate blog’ its a little old and no one will like you in the end if all you do is tell others why you hate them.
